Teresa is truly one of a kind. I have been seeing Teresa for over a year now, taken a few of her classes and she has helped me learn how to help myself. She has helped me learn how to not take the weight of the world on, how to set healthy boundaries, and how to prioritize taking time for myself. Now these all seem like easy things, but they are not.
