Based on similar, earlier projects, Young Folk at the Hall is a weekend of workshops and a concert with the aim of allowing young folk enthusiasts share their talents with other like-minded musicians.The final concert will be at the Stephenville Arts and Culture Centre Second Stage on the October 5th, featuring young musicians ages 7 - 18.produce arts festivals for the purpose of education and advancing the public's understanding and appreciation of Newfoundland and Labrador folk arts and to educate artists through participation in such festivals and related workshops; and to educate the public in folk arts through performances in public places and seminars.
