Last month Sid and his crew replaced a faulty French drain. The old drain was not draining and was constantly getting plugged.
Sid did an initial assessment, discussed the different drain options, fabric options, and how it would be done. A week later they were on site going at it.
Sid and the crew kept me informed along the way. They left no surface damage, respected the neighbour’s property and put up safety tape and markers overnight.

A few years ago we made a sudden purchase of a condo. We received the possession while on vacation in Jamaica in February. We spoke to Mario prior to leaving and advised him of our needs to get the basement finished prior our tenants moving in on April 01.
