Our Kung Fu teaching style is unique. We work with each student to develop them to the best of their ability.As martial artists, we drive our students to always strive to improve and develop their skills. We:believe each student is unique. take a holistic approach in the development of each student. are committed to helping students reach their maximum potential. teach the importance of respect. know our students are the most important aspect of our studio, and each instructor is there for them. maintain a safe environment. teach students that confidentiality, trust, and respect are essential both in and outside of the club. train our students that Martial Arts should be fun, interesting, and effective when needed Teaching Kung Fu and Kickboxing since 1998...In our Kung Fu system, students learn traditional weaponry, street proofing, Tao sports philosophy, chin ' na (self defense), stone palm breaking, and ground fighting.Our Kung Fu program includes both 5 animal Shaolin southern style and northern Shaolin. We offer both a kids and an adult program. Children 4 and up are encouraged to come in and try a fun-fillled class of Kung Fu training.Recreational KickboxingParticipation in our recreational kickboxing program gives you a total body workout. Kickboxing in our sparring ring, on-going development of techniques, developing your endurance through bag work, complimented with the use of our weights ensures an all-round work out. Earn Level A, B, C, D.Offered to adults only.We are proud members of the C.A.S.K-Counsil Amateur Sport Kickboxing.Lion Dance TroupeDouble Dragon has a traditional troupe - ready to perform for your special event.Fully Equipped FacilitiesOur over 6, 000 square foot air conditioned facility is fully equipped to provide a complete workout for all of our students.
