My husband who was not a patient before but is certainly going back after such great care, was in extreme pain. Not only did they accommodate my husband on short notice- both dr Kmet & dr Morris actually worked through their lunch to fit him in. Bought my first battery and tank setup and juices from them. The tank had a defective coil that was plugged to start and they replaced it free. Very helpful informative employees and friendly as well. Highly reccomend their services i might have saved a few dollars buying parts online but im so happy i decided to go through them instead.

The transition has been quite seamless from Protelec to api. I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.
