Found this on day two of our five days here and never went anywhere else. We had a variety of meals there and everything was fabulous. Met the owner, Karen, and she told us everything that can be, is real. No factory food, boil in a bag stuff here. And we eat in alot of restaurants these days. Trust me...that is a rarity. And so is being able to order bacon and eggs at 7 at night. The staff were great and made us laugh like crazy. When we go back to Campbell River for fishing, we are going to Banners. And so should you. Good eats....

Just had my whole family in for their check up and my son needs glasses...he was nervous about having glasses but Aunalee and Dr. Eng were so great that the nervousness turned into Excitement. I have received many reflexology treatments on both feet and hands with Deborah. It helps my constipation and stimulates my kidneys which have been damaged from disease. My Doctor diagnosed me with low thyroid function he said if it was still low on my next blood test I would be put on meds. I went for more frequent reflexology treatments - my next thyroid test was normal!
