The Castle Green Community Centre is a GREAT place to hold any event (Weddings, Shags, Birthday parties, Large family dinners, Indoor yard sale, etc) at every affordable cost! We also have a small meeting room “SUNSET ROOM” set up with a table and chairs to seat up to 10 people. It is great for any type of meeting, or even a family dinner. When you rent the Hall or Sunset Room. You have full access and use of the entire kitchen complete with a large fridge, microwave, 2 stoves, dishwasher, coffee urns, hot chafing dishes, utensils,dishes, etc. You also have access to our stereo system, podium, projector screen, microphone (upon request), tables and chairs (you must supply your own table cloths), 86 upholstered chairs available, (51 wooden chairs available upon request), 18 Round tables and 5 long rectangle tables (more rectangle tables upon request).

As a result, he frequently appears before the Consent and Capacity Board and Trial or Appellate level Courts in mental health or child protection matters. David is the author of Six Degrees of Dignity: Disability in an Age of Freedom, a past CEO of the Nov Scotia Human Rights Commission, former part-time member of the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, special advisor to Spinal Cord Injury Ontario, and in 2009 he became the first quadriplegic to reach the North Pole. David has received the Order of Ontario and Order of Canada.
