March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place. That being said we were quick to find out that we couldnt live without our computer. Overall good customer service and good experience, we booked our furniture on boxing day and told to hold it till we get our house possession,after that we changed the delivery date one month later and they hold our furniture without charging any money for storage. ...so far it's good. ..

My cell phone's touch screen was starting to go, and certain portions of the screen were no longer functional, emailed for a quote, and took it in.
Less then 24 hours later, they called me at the office telling me it was fixed. I came in picked it up and everything was working great! Well worth the $133 something dollars I spent!
