Like our beautiful city, Vancouver, Cityview Church is a mosaic of people made up of many colours, textures, and mediums. Some of us have lived in Vancouver our whole lives, while others have come from a country on the other side of the world. Some of us are young, some not so much. Some of us are in a career that we acquired because of a university degree, while others are making the best of life on disability. Some are artsy, while others are into numbers. Some love to cook, and some know the names of most of the restaurants in the metro area. Some of us have no religious background at all, while others have been around church their whole lives. For sure, we are a variety pack.

The Antique Warehouse opened its doors in 1989 and quickly gained a reputation as an exciting new source for quality European antiques and vintage furnishings. Such was the demand for the store's steady supply of imported pieces that in just a few years the showroom was expanded from 4500 sq.ft. to almost 12000 sq.ft. making it the largest importers of European Antiques in Vancouver.

aka Haney, Hammond, Whonnock, Webster's Corners, Yennadon, Albion, Ruskin and The Ridge. These original neighbourhood names, formerly the post office names in those communities, have persisted through the years even after the original post offices are long gone - except in Whonnock, but that's another story.
