My wife and I just had to post a review regarding our experience with Simplex Marble & Granite. We had a granite countertop installed by Simplex in our kitchen. The stone we chose was a black/grey uniform pattern. After the installation and after payment we noticed a quarter sized black spot in the stone on the sink side. I believed it to be a flaw but understood that it was natural stone. After a couple of days my eye would just gravitate to that spot. Went back to Simpex sat down with the owner and told him the situation. He told me without hesitation,"no problem, jobs not finished until you're 100% happy, we will cut you another stone, that's how we do business". A week later they came to install the new countertop and to our amazement, a new undercounter SINK as well. He told me that he didnt want to chance scratching the old sink removing it so he gave me a new one. Very few businesses around would go to that extent. To say the least my wife and I are extremely happy with install and service. Simplex Marble&Granite is a first class business.
