We offer general and elite training in Ballet, Modern/ Contemporary, Tap, Jazz/ Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Voice, Acting, Hip Hop, and Acrobatics taught by expert and caring instructors under the direction of international performer/ choreographer/ master teacher Cori Caulfield (Dance) and Doctor of Music, Gina Oh (Voice). Alumni have performing careers including So You Think You Can Dance U.S., world class ballet and contemporary dance companies, Tony Award winning Broadway, Cirque du Soleil, etc.. Performance Training Company programs offer superb breadth training for both the future classical dancer and 'Triple Threat' (singer/ dancer/ actor). Professional Training Division programs are custom designed to give aspiring performers ideal professional preparation. Located at 224th Street and Dewdney Trunk Road in the heart of Maple Ridge, the Dance Circle is a privately owned and operated performing arts school whose primary aim is to provide a well-rounded program of theatrical skills.Our objective is two-fold: to enrich our students' lives with a broad appreciation of the performing arts, while at the same time developing their ability to engage productively in creative expression. We believe the development of physical self-discipline and control ultimately gives students a tremendous sense of achievement and self-confidence that will last a lifetime.A non-competitive environment has been well-established at Maple Ridge Dance Circle. The Art of Dance Studio strives to blend the enjoyment of dance with pure, artistic technique.
