I did not have the problem this other person did below, they explained clearly when they called me back that the boss actually works on each roof with his crew, and it may be 1-2 days before he could get to my quote, which I understood, (seeing as they were on my roof at 8am and off at 8pm, I can imagine the poor guys just wanted to go home and relax after working in 30+weather all day) I know I wouldn't like it if they kept leaving my roof to run off for any reason other then to get materials or maybe have their lunch. So I didn't mind waiting for my estimate. I have several neighbors who had their roof done by Done Right Roofing and they did an incredible job, they even cleaned up as they were working there was never any debris left. I also talked to my neighbors who gave them glowing references. They provided me with proof of insurance and WSIB confirmed they were in good standing, no claims ever! I think some folks should have a bit more patience, it is roofing season and it can be very busy for some companies. Done Right Roofing did my roof, and the customer service was excellent, I was called in a reasonable time frame within 24 hrs like their answering machine says, met with the representative when I was scheduled to sign my contract and choose my color, very personable, and polite I might add. My roof was completed in 2 days, and it looks awesome, I couldn't be more pleased. I also received a 5 year written warranty on the workmanship! So folks don't let one bad egg detour you from a great company that does great work. Just have a little patience...;) oh and their price was much lower then 2 other quotes I received like literally by a $1000! Sometimes some things are worth the wait;) Thanks Done Right Roofing!
