I can honestly say that Dr. Pallo is the best dentist I have ever been in the care of.
His office is always spotless. It does smell like a dentists office though. (Which actually makes sense due to how sanitary everything always is.)
His staff is the kind and professional. Dr. Pallo, himself, is very nice and a fountain of information.
At no point in the 20+ years I have been going here have I ever left feeling less then satisfied with my visit or like I was bamboozled.

Just moved to St Thomas and needed a place to bring my family to the dentist. Great first experience. They made the switch from our old dental office really easy. The office seems very nice and modern. What I like is that they billed my insurance directly so I didn't have to pay for anything out of pocket. They were really good with my kids too and made it an overall pleasant experience.
