EUTC is a Winnipeg-based service organization in operation since 2005. We are mandated by the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs to serve as a social service organization addressing transitional issues of First Nation citizens. Centrally located in Winnipeg's downtown, the EUTC assists more that 1700 individuals and families in the areas of housing, addictions, referrals, counseling, advocacy and other enhanced services. The influx of clients and the broad array of transitional issues indicate the growing demand and need for culturally relevant services by and for First Nation citizens.The EUTC serves as a hub of information and central location for clients seeking transitional support while living in and/or relocating to Winnipeg.
