I am an engine builder for over 45 years now. I use Gord for all my machining and some sub-assemblies. Why use Gord, when there are other shops much closer? Because he does the work right every time. Between Gord and I we have built over 20 engines and 40 cylinder heads. This is for vintage race engines on a finicky twin cam engine...I have never had a complaint about the quality or level of service. This is a busy shop. Be prepared to wait in line. But be assured you will not get a better job.

Reconnect began in 1981 as a project to serve discharged psychiatric patients in Etobicoke, following the closure of Lakeshore Psychiatric Hospital in 1979. A Community based Day Treatment program, funded by the Community Mental Health Branch of the Ministry of Health, was established in early in 1984. Reconnect is governed by a Board of Directors which includes consumers, family members, mental health and business professionals, and other interested community members.Over the years, Reconnect has expanded significantly.
