I had a great experience with Wade's Excavating for my septic system. The house was being built for LEED certification and there were strict guidelines to be followed. Jason went out of his way to accomodate my special requirements and was very helpful through the convoluted process of dealing with the town and Service NL. During the installation it was easy to see his skill, attention to detail and genuine concern for customer satisfaction. I think it would be foolish not to choose this guy.

My husband and I hired Your Space Our Design to help with our new build in Southlands. Charli helped us choose everything that was required with a new build, including the cabinetry (kitchen & bathrooms), flooring, lighting, paint colors, appliances, furniture & furniture layout. She went shopping with us on numerous occasions to make our selections (including accessories), and then came to our house to help put everything in place. She was friendly and professional and was able to execute our vision perfectly! We have since hired her to help turn our basement into a comfortable, yet stylish family living area and to decorate our house for Christmas. Thanks to her we are living in our dream home! They have such a wonderful mix of old and new. You really have to visit to appreciate their offerings. They have their antiques displayed in such a manner such as a new furniture store. They also have an amazing line of new leather couch sets that are made in Canada, 100% real leather at excellent prices, you will be amazed! I was so surprised that they often times can beat the prices of the big box store prices, plus their leather is better quality! If you are looking for a leather sofa set, check these guys out - you will be so pleased you did!
