Dr Cyndi Gilbert ND is a naturopathic doctor, author, and plant whisperer. Her medical practice in Toronto is focused on women's health, LGBTQ health, mental health, trauma, and addiction. Working with you to restore, establish, and maintain your health, her philosophy of care is based on acknowledging and addressing the parts of health too frequently neglected in medicine: the mental/emotional pieces, the sociocultural aspects, the environment around you, and the patterns and relationships that emerge between all of these. Through a patient-centered and collaborative approach, Cyndi assists you to identify the causes of your concerns, remove obstacles to your health, and support your body's innate ability to heal using individualized natural therapies.
