Heard this one before: He`ll be there between 10am and 2pm. Wait! What? He`s here and it`s 11am! OK, he`ll assess the problem and come back with parts another day, right? WRONG! Water heater needed to be replaced, he had one with him and was done everything in 2hrs. Bet you didn`t see that coming...neither did I. A company where customer service means something again.
