W&D was founded in Sydney in 1984 by Wal Moloney & John McPhee to expand the services offered by McPhee Transport. The business was well supported and progressively opened additional branches in Melbourne, Perth & Brisbane. By 2000 the business employed over 80 staff and was providing full warehousing & fulfillment services to many premium companies across Australia.
