Dale is very knowledgeable about boats, and that includes being qualified to inspect the engines. Most surveyors won't even look at the mechanical aspects, which is ridiculous. Went to CRD dump and was told I would be charged double for an uncovered load. It was all bagged, tied closed and tightly packed in the back of my truck. Yes, I didn't have a flimsy tarp flapping in the wind on my load. Ridiculous. Went straight to DL's no issues, now I always go to DL's!
