I am a senior and didn't know very much about heatpump systems. I called around and emailed a few of these hvac companies for information. Some of them didn't call me back and the ones who did didn't answer my questions. Wade Hickey and his employees came by my house many times to discuss installing the heatpump and answered all my questions. This company was very professional and patient with me. I am very satisfied with the heatpump and service. I highly recommend hot frost for heatpumps.
