The first project was exterior, and the boss told me to start painting the garage. At the end of the day my brush had as much paint on the handle as what was in the cutting pot. The brush had even more paint on it the next day, because it was apparent how useless I was. My boss was an expert in the trade, and an expert in giving a frantic verbal whip-lashing training technique. He was the best, and oh how I loved him!The technique was quickly improving, and I was becoming very neat, and clean at the projects. Some of the homes were so beautiful, and there was an extreme caution to be 100% professional in conduct, and in proper trained principles. The last thing I wanted was to buy a rug with my paint on it, worth more than my truck.
