Don't even know where to begin, my entire experience was 5 star! There was $14000 worth of damage on the bmw but after receiving my vehicle back it honestly looked better than before. Also great customer service experience, these people are always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond for your satisfaction, especially the manager Jason. Absolutely recommend this shop for any vehicle services. I have tried it a few times already myself and with two different vehicles. The service is outstanding, and the results were very satisfying. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.
