The People Our roots go back to 1969 when Nobby Yamamoto began creating and maintaining lush manicured gardens in the Japanese tradition. In 1985 he began training his son-in-law Roy Fisher, and together created Wild West Gardens, rooted in the philosophy of professional customer service, innovative solutions, and attention to detail. Wild West is now a multi-generation family company. Nobby is still active as an advisor and consultant, and Roy is president.
