not sure why there are negative comments about this company but personally had a great experience. everyone will say negative things. Who cares if they suggest there own shop and rental company its there job haha I'm sure if you guys owned a company you would do the same. and as for over charging or making up fees who cares that's why you have insurance!! the price you pay for insurance rates I would hope they would pay when the tables have turned. regardless they were professional and kind!!

My experience with o the mechanics(Jody and Carl) and front desk(Joe) have always been amazing. They are very proficient in what they do and the service is tremendous.
