I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Both the physio staff and massage therapists are fantastic and very attentive to your needs and abilities. Since being in my accident they’ve been nothing but amazing and offer such tremendous support. Even with such things going on in the world with COVID-19, they’ve still managed to work around this pandemic while taking every precaution to ensure patient safety. On the eve of taking a 58 Triumph to Kingston for some work my starter motor seized. I called CAA and they sent a flatbed from Johnston's towing in Peterborough. The shop sent a fellow named Ray, who clearly had a a huge level of experience in dealing with classic and show cars. I was very impressed. Johnston's, you have a very valuable employee and I appreciated the level of expertise and experience. My car arrived at the shop in perfect condition and I have never me a friendlier guy.
