La qualité de la viande est absolument exceptionnelle, tout-à-fait remarquable.
Les bovins de la ferme qui approvisionne le marché vivent dans la nature, s'alimentent entre autres de plantes sauvages, les mères mettent bas dans la forêt sans aide.
Toute cette nature se goûte dans la viande. La Ferme Nordest a fait de l'élevage un grand art. Chapeau!!
