Bredenkamp is a phenomenal Psychiatrist. I have been going to him for roughly 4 years. Super kind, really knows how to talk to you, and genuinely seems to care, and undeniably knowledgeable. Whether he will agree with you or not, hes totally open to you throwing out some ideas. The frequency of your appointments will depend on how he sees your well being, which I find very fair. That decision isnt fully made up by him either, and wants to be sure you are on the same page as him.
