My hot water tank packed it in and I needed a new one installed. Within a day, I was enjoying a seemingly endless supply of hot water from my larger tank. The worker was very friendly and clean. I live in a rental apartment and there was a flood from the suite upstairs . The bathroom ceiling got damaged and a large water stain on popcorn ceiling in hallway outside of the bathroom, showed up . Brad repaired and painted the bathroom ceiling and fixed the water stain on popcorn ceiling . You can't even tell that either ceiling had water damage . Amazing work Brad, thank you !
