The hard drive on my MacBook Air was compromised over the weekend. Being very concerned for the loss of my files, Virginia was extremely helpful in easing my stress when deciding to do a recovery procedure for my MacBook Air. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and worked rapidly to solve this problem for me.
