This was definately an asset in speaking to perspective buyers. His positive nature, warmth and helpfulness was another asset in speaking to interested buyers.For the open house, The handout, showing excellent pictures of both our townhouse and the special features of the complex, was the best we have ever seen. The Virtual tour has also done very well.For a few years, our townhouse complex was the only one in the neighbourhood.
