We purchased a 22 year old home in Belle River in August 2012. We knew that a lot of the windows would require new glass as the seals seem to fail after 20 years. After reviewing 3 quotes, we went with Guardian Glass. We have a 5 year replacement on seal failure with them. The people were friendly and careful about our house and floor surfaces. They even caulked the outer glass seal. We went with E glass with none metal separators to reduce condensation on the inner surface. As a retired carpenter, I give them the highly recommended rating on their work and product.
