It represents more than 180,000 people from coast to coast to coast, the PSAC also represents people who work abroad in embassies and consulates.Our region is made up of more than 22,800 members from Manitob,a Saskatchewan and Alberta.210 Locals carry out the day-to-day work of the PSAC in the Prairie region. The NECRC was established to serve the community within the geographic area north of the CP tracks, south of Carruthers Ave., east of McPhillips Street and west of the Red River.The mandate of the corporation is to promote the social, economic and cultural renewal of the north end of Winnipeg.
