This comment is overdue. I would like to take a moment to express how very much my husband and I enjoy and appreciate Fisher’s independent in Beaverton. The staff at this store are true professionals and it is clear to us that they enjoy working there.

November 27, 2020 was my first visit to this location. I would like to let the owners know that their location was one of the cleanest and organized store, with well stocked shelves. I have shopped at 4 other locations in Whitby/Ajax area and my shopping experience was very different. The floor was well staffed with friendly and helpful staff and the cashier was very friendly and pleasant. I live in Whitby but will definitely shop at this location again.

I am a 1st yr. beekeeper. My wife knows the owners & arranged for me 2 spent a 1/2 day with Paul learning & asking questions. I have read books & articles, & watched numerous videos, but I learned more in a couple hours from Paul then from all of my previous readings & viewings. The hands on experience was amazing & getting 2 hear some of the tricks of the trade from a professional beekeeper who has been plying his trade for decades was a bonus. We bought a jar of the creamed honey. Amazing!

Each season, each bee yard offers a particular flora density affecting the color, the taste, and the palate of this unique nectar collected over several KM radius by these honey bees. Harvesting the ripened combs in defined and smaller lots will let you discover multiple and indescribable flavors.
Our bees are not fed corn syrups or the like during any time of the year. We do not blend nor do we add artificial flavors, and we ensure that our honey is not exposed to excessive temperatures during its process.
