I had great & friendly service. My deadbolt tumbler was "frozen" so I removed it & went to the shop. He fixed it and didn't charge me & gave me free advice on how to care for the deadbolt. Re:In the defense of Tidey Lock in previous comment posted re:charge out fees. I have found those fees normal for ALL locksmiths. When called out, they have top bring tools & the truck containing the tools. Distance doesn't matter from my experiences, as a landlord who used many companies in the past.

These guys were really incredible. After our building storage unit was broken into, we needed to get the lock changed right away. We called Super Locksmith Men, and they were extremely helpful. We scheduled a time for the tech to come over. Within 15 minutes, he replaced the lock, while advising me on the best way to secure the unit.

Europe Lock & Key saved our bacon! I was using our only key for our Mercedes for a pry, and snapped it in half! No backup key!! He was able to recreate a key from two twisted halves! The financial nightmare of re-keying a MB avoided! He was skeptical that it would work...... but it did! A fantastic resolution to a potentially expensive lesson of always having a copy of an important key. A .50 cent screwdriver makes a much better pry, all McGyver aspirations aside!
