I have been living in this building for a few years now. It has really taken a turn for the better with the new management in place. Suites are being updated and the building is kept very clean. The construction across the way is almost complete so the noise is not as bothersome. The hallways could use some updating but the suites are being renovated. Management goes above and beyond the job description making sure our building is a great place to call home. If the building had a serious bedbug problem I am not sure why anyone would have been a long term renter. Sounds like someone might be disgruntled.
