Members of the co-op are required to contribute 4 hours a month of their time to co-op activities. They have a choice of serving on a variety of committees such as membership, maintenance, social etc. These committees provide a structure so we are able to manage and maintain the property. Our members contribution of time is vital to our success.

Serving only Certified Angus beef from Canadian ranches, the steaks come perfect from the signature eighteen hundred degree infrared grill. Carver's selection of wild and organic game is a step ahead of the culinary curve and fresh seafood selections are sustainable and certified "Ocean Wise". Friday nights, we feature Steak & Dungeness crab and offer free crab legs. All our menus are created and designed by Chef Boban Kovachevich, BC Chef of the Year award winning chef.
