Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. The office is bright and nicely finished with a large selection of frames and sun glasses. They sell only the most up to date lenses, so you know you are getting the best quality pair of glasses available.
The eye exam was the most detailed eye exam I have ever had. They take pictures of your eyes in order to monitor for any changes in eye health between exams, they explain everything they are doing. It was great. I even took my 6 month old baby for his first eye exam.
