As first time RVers we were not sure what we could tow behind our 2016 Dodge Caravan. Being young seniors we were so impressed with the R-Pod 190 we bought it on the spot.The sales service was fantastic and had us ready to roll by July 2018.They blinged out our Van with a trailer hitch and power brakes for trailer and electrical hookup.They made sure we understood everything before we left their yard. Andy is truly a master of his trade. He has saved our non-profit housing complex many expenses because he is skilled at repairs-- instead of instantly suggesting a replacement lock or panic - exit bars - because he knows how to do repairs -& has access to the parts needed. He is patient & explains what he plans to do to fix a problem. & is also punctual and will call if delayed.. very respectful of my time as a housing manager.
