Welcome to the official website of the Nova Scotia Lighthouse Preservation Society (NSLPS), founded in 1994. Nova Scotia has the largest number of lights of any province in Canada, and some of the oldest, including Sambro, the oldest continuously operating lighthouse in the Americas.
Come enjoy a delectable dish at Log Cabin Restaurant. They are open at night all week. You can get there by bicycle and public transit. The surrounding area is notable for its restaurants and merchants.
