I am not a customer of Island CPAP. I needed a CPAP machine and was given one by one of my friends but I needed a filter cover for it. I called them up and they said they could get me one from one of their older machines. They got it for me and when I asked how much they said it was no charge. Now that is service. When I am in need I am sure I will check them out

I had to explain what was going on a few times. They were not willing to help in the beginning but in the end the manager sorted the issue out and resolved the problem perfectly! Very pleased and grateful.
