I brought in my phone with a cracked camera lens cover. They had to order the part, which only took a couple of days. And it took less than an hour to fix, and when fixing it, they noticed the camera was also off, so they replaced it free of charge. Excellent service and a great price.

Purchased a wireless charger back in January. It quit working about 3 weeks after I bought it. Spoke to the store manager, and because Otterbox is closed for replacements she brought one in from another Telus store. I have dealt with this store in the past and they are awesome to deal with. Will continue going here for all my Telus needs.

March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.
