I had an electrical issue with my car which needed immediate fixing because of a personal matter. My brother brought me to The Car Salon. Their attention was prompt and accomodating. That alone made my day since we were rushing for something urgent. I was ready to pay the cost Id be hearing and in FEW MINUTES, I got called. It was fixed and ready. I have a 2024 Toyota 4Runner and use Autel sensors on my Winter tires. This is the second year of use and I rotated them front-to-back, which confused the TPMS locations on the tire monitor display. This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

This man has been my mechanic for over 5 years. He is efficient and honest. He does not do work on my vehicle if it is unnecessary. If I need parts, he will ask if I want new, used or refurbished parts and will recommend what he thinks is best.

OMG I am so amazed. Took my boyfriends truck here because the inside was sooo dirty (plus he is a smoker). Got a full interior detail hoping for the best. I never expected the inside of this truck to look brand new! I have no idea how they did it - the BEST by far! Not only does the truck look BRAND NEW, you can't tell he ever used to smoke - they even got the stains out of the seats! I am absolutely amazed at what a miraculous and spectacular job these guys did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
