My expertise addresses a wide spectrum of needs from professional athletes to those with joint or osteo related issues. I constantly keep my repertoire of skills current by attending seminars, conferences, & training sessions. I make myself accessible to my clients by offering my services at these locations: Club 16/ She's Fit Downtown, She's Fit North Vancouver, & other gyms including my clients' personal gyms. I work intimately with other professionals (Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Counselors, Nutritionists, & Life Coaches) to address my clients' needs and improve upon their physical & emotional health.
