The Hamilton Program for Schizophrenia is a comprehensive community-based treatment and rehabilitation program. We are dedicated to helping people with schizophrenia through case management services, rehabilitation programs and psychiatric care. We make a long-term commitment to our clients and their families. We are prepared to support each client as long as they continue to require assistance to successfully live in the community.In times of crisis, our psychiatrists and case managers provide direct continuous care. In the event that hospitalization is required, the HPS team continues in the treatment delivery through formal links with St. Joseph’s Healthcare, Centre for Mountain Health Services.
