Dragon Boat Club (formerly the Belleville Paddling Club) is one of Belleville's most active sports and recreation clubs. The BDBC is dedicated to fun, fitness and team-building, both on the water and off, offering programs for all ages from 14 years old to seniors. We offer instruction and training in all areas of Dragon Boating for all levels of expertise: from novice to competitive status. Since it's inception, the Belleville Dragon Boat Club has been proud to be a community based and completely volunteer run, non-profit organization. We strive to be good citizens of Belleville and the Quinte region. To that end we run several annual events to help raise money for our community. In addition to supporting the Belleville community we have strong ties to several of our neighbouring dragon boating teams and events. We have worked with the Wellington Lions Club and the Cobourg Dragon Boat Club with their dragon boat festivals.
