Despite prior complaints, Kelly at the Milton location explained why customers felt they did. She also took the time to return my engagement ring to the jeweler due to defects that I didn't see. I appreciated her honesty. She was extremely helpful.
Unfortunately, Kelly is moving to Orangeville (about an hour away), but I will still go to her for maintenance on the ring. Thanks so much, Kelly!

These were given as gifts, for special occasions or because they were admired by friends and colleagues. Interest in my jewelry grew until my hobby became a business. There are so many new and unusual beads and stones coming to the market, it is hard to keep up.
