It can feel overwhelming at times, and it might seem unmanageable. I have a lot of experience with trauma, stress and anxiety, addiction and relationships issues. I can help you navigate some of the stumbling blocks in that get in your way. You don’t have to do it on your own. I have a collaborative approach to therapy and believe that the individual is critical in planning the path forward. After all, it’s your future, and you’re the one who has to live your life and be happy with it. I can help you improve your relationships, and teach you how to find your happiness and have a sense of safety, purpose, meaning and fulfilment. You are not alone.
I offer individual and couples sessions in person and virtually. I can be flexible with the type of session that best suits your circumstances.

Sylvia Bramwell is a trained psychotherapist, registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am in full-time practice. Coming from the field of Social Work for approximately 12 year, I have the experience of providing services to individuals, couples and families. I use a range of counselling approaches, such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Pastoral Counselling to treat clients and pointing them to road of recovery.
