Dim sum at the Canton doesn't disappoint. It's always fresh, authentic, and delicious as it should be. My only issue is with the service, which is inconsistent depending on who is serving. The hired staff is preferred over the owners, as they are more friendly and patient with customers. The owner isn't unpleasant per se, but just a little too involved and expectant. Love the restaurant overall, either for dimsum or an authentic Chinese dinner item. The service fades into the background with food that good!

I was welcomed with smiles and great service as soon as I walked in the door. The Ginger Beef was fantastic! Also had some noodles, dry ribs, chicken balls, and broccoli and beef. Great Food! Great Value!
