Dr. Helen Ing completed her dental training at the University of Toronto and the University of Western Ontario. At graduation she was awarded the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry Orthodontics prize.
Since my youth, I've had a passion for helping people. I decided a pursuit in dentistry was an excellent way to achieve this.
I first graduated with a degree in general dentistry in 1982, followed by a specialization in cosmetic dentistry in 1985 from the Medical University of Warsaw, Poland's premier medical academy. I practiced in Poland until the early 1990's, then immigrated to Canada in search of better opportunities.
In 1998, I was re-certified to practice dentistry in Canada by the National Dental Examining Board, and established a private practice in Scarborough subsequently.
I'm a member the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), and the Toronto Implant Academy, as well as the National Dental Society of Poland, which has offered me many excellent opportunities to expand my professional horizons across two continents.
